// challenge
A technical consultancy selling precision needs a website that reads as precise. But the content is not static: portfolio projects complete, testimonials land, team members join. A site that needs a developer for every content change would be out of date within a quarter.
The portfolio carries real weight in this sector: project values, locations, service categories. It had to be structured data with proper presentation, not a wall of images.
The client wanted the site to feel bespoke to their practice, editorial rather than template, while remaining fast and boringly reliable.

We designed and built the site end to end in Next.js, deployed on Vercel: services, portfolio with structured project metadata, testimonials, team pages, and an enquiry flow that captures what a prospective client actually needs to say.
All content is structured in Sanity with a private studio hosted on the client's own domain. Content changes trigger a revalidation webhook, so the site stays fast and static while the content stays current.
The measure of success for this kind of build is not the launch; it is whether the client ever needs to email a developer afterwards. Everything a non-technical editor needs is reachable from the studio.
